Tasty Tuesday: Sorghum Whipped Cream


Last week while making this cushaw pie I knew I needed a little whipped cream for my slice but I wanted it to have that extra kick of Fall. Sorghum is the perfect sweetener with that little cool-weather punch. Muddy Pond Sorghum is my choice. I thought this was a completely original idea but alas...it is not. But maybe you haven't heard of it either! I didn't add as much sorghum as other recipes have suggested so feel free to test this recipe and see if you like more or less.
