Do something for your body

It's been a few years now that I have followed Tone It Up's fitness and nutrition plan. One of the greatest things about TIU is that their fitness series are always free. Their nutrition plan is very worth it because you pay once and get constant updates. The Love Your Body Series is going on now with a gear-up to Valentine's Day. This particular workout above is one of my favorites because it combines both of my problem areas: arms and abs! The pistol crunch is ah-mazing. Get up and do a workout for you.
