Tasty Tuesday: Chicken, Brie & Apple Flatbread

I'm bringing you a super simple savory and slightly sweet flatbread. I love the turkey, pear and brie flatbread at Music City Flats and decided to try to recreate it with similar ingredients-chicken, green apple and brie with a balsamic, honey and cinnamon drizzle. It's quick and easy!

olive oil
shredded paremsan
soft brie
chicken (sliced thinly like lunch meat)
1/2granny smith apples sized thinly
balsamic vinaigrette
dash of cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Drizzle olive oil on the flatbread, then shredded parmesan. 
  2. Evenly lay chicken, apples and brie on top of the cheese.
  3. Mix a little bit of warmed honey with a dash of cinnamon, then drizzle across the top of the flatbread, followed by a drizzle of balsamic and a final sprinkle of parmesan cheese to lightly cover the top. 
  4. Bake for about ten minutes or until chicken and apples are slightly crisp. 
  5. Cut into pieces after cooling and enjoy!
