I'm bringing you a super simple savory and slightly sweet flatbread. I love the turkey, pear and brie flatbread at Music City Flats and decided to try to recreate it with similar ingredients-chicken, green apple and brie with a balsamic, honey and cinnamon drizzle. It's quick and easy!
INGREDIENTS:
flatbread(s)
olive oil
shredded paremsan
soft brie
chicken (sliced thinly like lunch meat)
1/2granny smith apples sized thinly
balsamic vinaigrette
honey
dash of cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350. Drizzle olive oil on the flatbread, then shredded parmesan.
- Evenly lay chicken, apples and brie on top of the cheese.
- Mix a little bit of warmed honey with a dash of cinnamon, then drizzle across the top of the flatbread, followed by a drizzle of balsamic and a final sprinkle of parmesan cheese to lightly cover the top.
- Bake for about ten minutes or until chicken and apples are slightly crisp.
- Cut into pieces after cooling and enjoy!
