I'm sorry. I've been on a hiatus without meaning to really. I sincerely apologize but...I get married in 17 days so I'm scrambling to get in my barre workouts, make sure I have things done that need to get done, and generally wearing myself out. However, I'm enjoying it thoroughly!
I'm long overdue of posting these photos of my absolutely FABULOUS bridal tea in my hometown. Who would have thought a church fellowship hall could be this gorgeous? My grandmother's friend, Quinnie Bell headed up a swarm of talented ladies who decorated the most wonderful tables! Huge tabletop chandeliers scream my name and I always love a bold stripe in anything, especially when it's a velvet black and white tablecloth adorned with fall colored flowers. The table arrangement was amazing and colorful and I probably could have looked at it all day. My matron of honor brought me a "sample plate" of all the delicious cakes displayed down the food table and I don't know if I could have picked a favorite.
Thank you to everyone who came to the tea and to everyone who gave us so many generous and beautiful gifts to outfit our home. A special thank you to everyone involved in the decorating process, it was perfect!
